Booking Terms


General Policy

All prices are per room and are inclusive of VAT at the current rates.

A non-refundable deposit of £60 per room will be taken at the time of booking. The hotel accepts all major debit and credit cards, except American Express and Diners Club.

Please note that if you cancel within seven days of your arrival date you will be liable for the full balance, unless we are able to re-sell the room at the same rate. A failure to show will be classed as a cancellation and will be charged at the full rate. We strongly advise that you have travel insurance to cover this eventuality.

A swipe of a valid credit or debit card will be taken on your arrival.

Normal check in times are 3pm until 9pm, and we request that you vacate your room by 11am on the day of departure. Should you wish to check in or out outside of these hours please contact the hotel.

In accordance with current legislation we apply a strict no-smoking policy throughout the building. Smoking in bedrooms will result in a minimum charge of 1 night accommodation to cover loss of revenue from the room being out of use and the additional cleaning costs.
